Dimensions (LxHxW), weight capacities for each level, and mounting with solid materials, gave me the confidence to buy one. I called Techcraft and found their representative very courteous and helpful. Everyone has a different system, sizes, weights, and room design. I put it together by myself...no problems. It looks like a million dollar design!
